These Terms & Conditions govern the purchase and use of the Ultra Light Cobweb Antenna (hereinafter referred to as the “Product”), offered through https://cobweb.active-antenna.eu/.
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges these Terms & Conditions. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any mandatory consumer rights provided by applicable law.
The Product is intended primarily for amateur radio operators, hobbyists, and radio experimentation.

3. Product Description and Intended Use
The Ultra Light Cobweb Antenna is a lightweight, horizontally polarized, omnidirectional antenna system intended for amateur radio use.
The Product is designed to operate on the 14, 21, and 28 MHz amateur radio bands, with additional 18 and 24 MHz capability as described on the product page.
The antenna is intended for portable operations, temporary installations, experimentation, and space-restricted amateur radio stations.
Customers are responsible for confirming that the Product is suitable for their intended installation and that their use complies with applicable radio regulations, licensing requirements, and safety standards.
4. Prices, Taxes, and Payment
All prices are displayed in Euro.
The total amount payable, including applicable taxes and shipping charges collected by the seller, will be clearly displayed before the order is submitted.
Shipping costs are calculated or disclosed during checkout.
For deliveries outside the seller’s country, additional customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees may apply.
Payments are processed through Stripe.
The seller does not store complete payment-card details where payment processing is handled by an independent payment provider.
The customer must provide accurate billing, contact, and shipping information.
The seller may contact the customer to resolve incomplete payment information or suspected unauthorized transactions.
Any cancellation or refund following such a review will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
5. Order Placement and Confirmation
Customers can place an order through the website’s checkout process.
Before confirming the purchase, customers will have the opportunity to review the Product, quantity, delivery information, and total price.
The final purchase button will clearly indicate that placing the order creates an obligation to pay.
After the order is submitted, the customer will receive an acknowledgment by email.
The sales contract is concluded when when we send and order acceptance email.
The seller will provide confirmation of the concluded contract, including the applicable Terms & Conditions and cancellation information, by email or another durable medium as required by law.
If an order cannot be fulfilled, the customer will be informed and any payment collected for the unavailable item will be refunded.
6. Order Processing and Shipping
6.1 Processing Time
The usual order-processing and preparation time is 7 business days (usually faster) after the order is confirmed and payment is successfully received.
Business days exclude weekends and public holidays in the seller’s country.
This is an estimated preparation period and does not include shipping transit time.
If processing is expected to take longer, the customer will be informed.
6.2 Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped using tracked postal services.
Available carriers and delivery services may vary depending on the destination.
The seller will take reasonable steps to package the Product securely for transportation.
6.3 Shipping Destinations
International shipping is available to the destinations shown as eligible during checkout.
The seller may be unable to ship to certain destinations because of postal restrictions, customs rules, import limitations, sanctions, or unavailable carrier services.
If an order cannot legally or practically be shipped, the customer will be contacted and any applicable refund will be arranged.
6.4 Shipping Costs
Shipping is charged at a rate displayed during checkout.
Any optional expedited shipping costs will be shown before payment.
6.5 Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times depend on the destination, carrier, and customs processing.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates unless an exact delivery commitment has been expressly agreed.

When available, a tracking number will be sent to the customer after dispatch.
Tracking updates depend on the postal or courier provider and may be delayed.
7. Customs Duties and International Deliveries
For international shipments, the customer may be required to pay import duties, customs fees, local taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout, such destination-country import charges are not included in the Product price or shipping charge.
8. Cancellation Before Dispatch
Customers who wish to cancel an order before dispatch should contact the seller as soon as possible at cobweb@active-antenna.eu
Where cancellation is possible before shipment, the seller will arrange a refund of the payment received.
If the Product has already been dispatched, the customer may use the return procedures described below, subject to applicable law.
This section does not restrict the customer’s statutory right of withdrawal.
9. Statutory Right of Withdrawal — EU Consumers
Consumers covered by EU distance-selling legislation normally have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days without providing a reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which the consumer, or a person designated by the consumer other than the carrier, receives the Product.
Where an order is delivered in multiple separate parts, the period normally begins when the last part is received.
9.1 How to Withdraw
To exercise this right, the customer must notify the seller of their decision to withdraw before the 14-day period expires.

The customer may use the model withdrawal form included at the end of these Terms, but using that form is not mandatory.
Any clear statement communicating the decision to withdraw is sufficient.
The website will provide an online withdrawal function where required by applicable law. The customer will receive acknowledgment of a withdrawal submitted through that function.
9.2 Returning the Product
After notifying the seller, the customer must send the Product back without undue delay and, in any event, within 14 days of communicating the withdrawal.
The customer bears the direct cost of return shipping, unless the seller has expressly agreed otherwise or applicable law requires the seller to pay.
The Product should be packaged appropriately to prevent transport damage.
The customer may inspect and handle the Product as necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning.
9.3 Statutory Refund
When a valid statutory withdrawal is exercised, the seller will reimburse all payments received for the withdrawn purchase, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered by the seller.
Additional costs resulting from the customer’s selection of a more expensive delivery method need not be reimbursed where permitted by law.
Reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the seller is informed of the withdrawal.
The seller may withhold reimbursement until the Product has been received back or the customer provides evidence of having returned it, whichever occurs first, where permitted by law.
Refunds will be made using the original payment method unless the customer expressly agrees to another method that does not result in additional fees.
10. Additional 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
In addition to statutory consumer rights, the seller voluntarily offers a 30-day money-back guarantee.
If a customer is not satisfied with the Product, they may request a return within 30 calendar days of receiving it.
10.1 Eligibility
To request a return, the customer should contact cobweb@active-antenna.eu within 30 days of delivery and provide the order number or other information sufficient to identify the purchase.
For returns falling outside the statutory withdrawal period, the Product should be returned complete, with its supplied components and accessories, and without damage caused by improper use, unauthorized modification, or negligent handling.
Reasonable inspection and testing of the Product are permitted.
The seller may request relevant information about the Product’s condition where necessary to assess eligibility under this additional voluntary policy.
10.2 Refund Amount
For a return accepted under this voluntary policy, the customer will receive a full refund of the Product purchase price, without a restocking fee.
Original shipping charges, optional expedited shipping fees, and import duties are not included in this additional voluntary refund unless required by applicable law or expressly agreed otherwise.
10.3 Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs under this voluntary change-of-mind policy.
The customer should use a suitably protective shipping method. Tracked shipping is recommended.
The seller is not responsible for loss or damage caused by an independently arranged return shipment, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
10.4 Processing the Return
Customers should return the Product within 14 days after notifying the seller of their intention to use the 30-day money-back guarantee, unless a longer period is agreed.
Refunds under this additional voluntary policy will be processed within 14 days of receipt and inspection of the returned Product, subject to applicable law.
11. Legal Guarantee and Defective Products
The seller respects all mandatory legal guarantees and consumer rights applicable to the sale.
For qualifying EU consumer purchases, goods are covered by a minimum two-year statutory legal guarantee from delivery, subject to any longer or additional rights under applicable national law.
This legal guarantee covers defects or lack of conformity for which the seller is legally responsible, including where the Product:
- Does not correspond to its agreed description or specifications.
- Contains a manufacturing or assembly defect.
- Is missing components agreed to be included.
- Fails to operate as reasonably expected for its intended purpose because of a defect or lack of conformity.
- Does not meet applicable legal conformity requirements.
Where a valid claim arises, the customer may be entitled to repair or replacement without charge.
Where repair or replacement is impossible, disproportionate, unsuccessful, delayed beyond a reasonable time, or otherwise fails to satisfy applicable legal requirements, the customer may be entitled to a price reduction or termination of the contract with an appropriate refund.
All remedies will be provided according to applicable consumer law.
Where the legal guarantee requires the seller to bear necessary repair, replacement, or return shipping costs, those costs will not be charged to the customer.
The seller does not offer a separate voluntary long-term manufacturer’s durability warranty unless one is expressly described in writing.
The 30-day money-back guarantee is an additional return benefit and does not replace the statutory legal guarantee.
12. Improper Use, Physical Damage, and Modifications
The antenna is lightweight portable field equipment intended to be assembled, installed, and operated with appropriate care.
Physical damage caused solely by improper handling or use is not automatically considered a manufacturing defect.
Examples of circumstances that may cause damage include:
- Incorrect assembly or excessive mechanical force.
- Unsuitable or inadequately secured masts and supports.
- Excessive wind loading or severe weather exposure.
- Falls, impacts, crushing, or improper transportation.
- Operation beyond stated electrical or mechanical limits.
- Unauthorized alterations that cause damage.
Where such circumstances cause the reported damage and the seller is not otherwise legally responsible, the damage may fall outside the statutory legal guarantee.
However, customer modifications, outdoor use, or the presence of third-party equipment do not automatically cancel legal guarantee rights for unrelated defects.
The seller remains responsible for defects, insufficient instructions, misleading specifications, and other failures for which liability cannot legally be excluded.
13. Safety, Installation, and Operating Responsibilities
Important: Incorrect installation or operation of an antenna system may cause serious injury, equipment damage, or property damage.
NEVER install or adjust antennas near power lines—electricity can arc through the air without direct contact.
Maintain a clearance distance of at least 2× the total height of your mast and antenna from any power lines. Ensure
the antenna is elevated out of reach, as touching active wire elements causes severe high-voltage RF burns. Always
use fall protection gear when working at heights, and lower or secure the mast during high winds or severe weather
14. Limitation of Liability
The Product must be installed and used according to its intended purpose, published operating limits, applicable safety instructions, and relevant regulations.
15. Privacy and Personal Information
Personal information provided during ordering, payment, shipping, or customer support will be processed in accordance with the website’s Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection legislation.
Personal information may be shared with relevant payment processors, carriers, and service providers where necessary to complete the order or meet legal obligations.

16. Changes to These Terms
The seller may update these Terms & Conditions to reflect changes in legislation, shipping arrangements, payment methods, product information, or operating practices.
